• • To assist in CV sourcing from different channels such as web portals, internal CV data bank and networking. • Coordinating international hiring campaigns in various countries like Pakistan, Philippines and India, • Utilize internal database and creative resources to identify potential candidates. • Maintain reports on all candidates, searches and interviewer feedback. • Scheduling interviews, reference checks and background investigations. • To enter personal information of candidates in management personal data bank. • Coordinate interviews with the concerned managers. • To generate offer letters and share with selected candidates. • Collect required documents from selected candidates and saved in data bank. • To prepare visa application documents and submit to the visa department. • Responsible to ensure the mobilization of resources as per recruitment plan. • Ensure system update of all employees personnel data timely to ensure all the relevant data is entered in the HRIS. • Maintenance of database and filing system for all employees and HR activities for easy retrieval and record purposes. • Process all salary increments, Promotion/ transfer cases and update in the system timely and accurately to ensure the system information is in line with supporting documents (Salary increments, Promotion, Benefits etc.). • Process employee Leave/duty resumption requests in the HRIS, timely and accurately. • Prepare weekly /monthly HR reports for senior Management information and further action. • Facilitating the annual Performance Appraisals and Probationary Performance Appraisal at the Business Area level. • Ensuring the timely issuance of Transfer Letters, Acceptance of Resignation and Project Assignments. • To prepare experience and Service certificate. • Coordinating exit Interviews of all resigned employees and ensuring the smooth processing of resignations at project sites.
