I have worked under Shahryar Khan for a year and during this time I was constantly impressed by his skills and leadership qualities. Shahryar is a charismatic leader who knows how to connect with everyone on a personal level. He had a deep understanding of his team members' strengths and was able to guide them to reach their desired potential. His empathic yet stern approach helped drive performance and create an environment of continuous improvement. As a mentor, he was always willing to lend an ear and offer guidance. He understood the importance of using people's strengths to boost their growth, and he worked tirelessly to create opportunities for his team members to learn and advance in their careers. During dire times he always had my back in the workplace, and I could always count on him for support and encouragement. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to lead by example.
