Lead the development of Turnaround Master Integrated Schedule (TA MIS) through comparative analysis of PCG OPUs TA/SD plan, statutory requirements, business & commercial outlook and plant reliability to evaluate & derived options for management decisions to support the achievement of overall PCG OEE business target, its’ sustainable growth and maximum value returns.2. Lead and facilitate strategic engagement with plants in PCG on DOSH policies/procedures for Certificate of Fitness (CF) extension requirement through close collaboration with Plant TA and inspection team in developing the TA strategy and timely engagement with DOSH to meet statutory requirements while minimizing Plant downtime and opportunity losses.3. Lead and facilitate stakeholder’s collaboration and alignment through periodic engagement and forum to establish close networking with stakeholders and authorities in order to comply with statutory requirements and maintaining PETRONAS’ interest.4. Special Tasks - Key person in facilitating and driving strategic engagement with plants in PCG & Non- PCG on DOSH policies/procedures for Certificate of Fitness (CF) extension. - Play an important role to liaise and discuss with DOSH Putrajaya and State in order to rationalize Petronas’s business aspirations. - Successfully secured Minister/DOSH DG approval on CF extension for PCG & non-PCG OPUs (PCOGD, GPP2, GPP6, PPTSB, ABF, PCASB, BPPA, ASU2) which resulted substantial TA Cost avoidance and saving for PETRONAS in year 2016. - Members of PETRONAS Special Scheme of Inspection Working Committee (PSSIWC)- Focal person to facilitate and drive PETRONAS OPUs (PCOGD, PCASB, PCLDPE, BPPA, PGB UK and DBE) into impartial resolution regarding interdependency issue of “Zero Steam” during TA 2017. - Moderator for notable engagement between DOSH Terengganu Director with PETRONAS Head Plants of Kertih operation.
