EPC: SHANGHAI ELECTRIC GROUP. ● Main tasks accomplished: •Review approved Method of statements. •Inspection test plan, drawing and perform quality inspections and monitoring all types of Civil Structural activities. •Carry out inspection of structural and Finishing works in common facilitates for all types of structure like water treatment building, effluent tank area, UPS room, admin block and electrical control room area etc. •Parabolic trough and PV solar field inspections and construction from earth works to installation of parabolic mirrors i.e., bore piles, micro piles, mirror foundation, (HTF) Heat transfer fluid pipe foundations, pipe bridges, ECRs and pedestals, SMR and MMR roads. •Coordinates with the subcontractors for the handing over the area for the mirror erection to the other sub-contractor and minimize the punch list comments to avoid delays. •Also arrange weekly meeting to between the subcontractors to avoid any discrepancy. •Carry out inspection of structural and architectural works in Power blocks like construction of Hot and Cold Molten Salt tank foundations, Construction of pump support and steel structure erection, salt drainage and pits construction, Steam turbine foundation to top pedestals, main electrical building, SGS and Acc foundations and steel structure erection and overflow tank etc. •Concentrated tower foundation slab reinforcement inspection and concreting. •Concentrated tower Slip formwork monitoring and construction of tower including stage wise inspection. •Inspection of reinforcement for bore piles, foundations, pedestals etc. according to approved drawings and specification. •Perform quality inspection of different zone of plant like (PT-MAF) parabolic trough mirror assembling factory, common facilitates area including water treatment plant, chemical unloading area, admin building, cable trenches, pipe racks, weather station etc. Show less

Project: Ras Al Khor Residence The project consists of residential and commercial multistory buildings having total built up area of 29,4428 Sq.m, with a cost of US$ 245 Million Client: Wasl Properties Main Contractor: Al-Arif Group Responsibilities: • Responsible for onsite execution of multistory buildings from sub structure to super structure • Overseeing sub-contractors performance to assure full compliance with the standards, established within the service agreement • Monitoring project progress against project plan and report discrepancies/delays for taking corrective actions • Conducting quality checks and complete the quality check lists with QC Engineer on the works carried out to ensure that the products meet the specifications • Organizing and managing the work force, supervising the site and attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirement, drawing changes etc. in an effective and timely manner. • Liaising with safety department to make sure that all the site activities are done under approved health and safety plan • Coordinating among construction team including Project Engineers and Project Managers team regarding schedule, sequence and method statements with clear work instructions and providing performance feedback to team members. • Conducting civil and structural works inspections, material inspections and quality control at site, ensuring that the works are done according to approved shop drawings and project specifications, with continuous monitoring of the material incorporated in the work and manpower requirement • Updating, reviewing and releasing weekly progress report and project plan and raising RFIs for constraints at site or discrepancies in design/drawings. • Responsible to utilize available resources effectively and within given time frame • Attending weekly progress meetings with supervisory personnel, other contractors and sub-contractors, identifying constraints and recommending corrective measures Show less
