Responsibilities were as follows; Core assignments includes the following responsibilities, 1-Supervision of accounts and finance sections for the accomplishment of tasks given by the management. 2-Review and finalization of funds forecasting for management review. 3-Preparation of investment proposals in coordination with banks officials and its finalization with the approval of management. 4-Coordination with the management and banks for management of the available funds to determine its adequate and optimum utilization. 5-Coordination with the commercial and purchase department for projected outflow of payments against import and local purchases. 6-Maintaining the banking records along with their regular reconciliations of organizations data. 7-Supervision of all showrooms for management of cash needs. 8-Review and approval of daily cash book (daily cash payments and receipt). 9-Completion of documentation requirements for transfer/submission/withdrawal of funds. 10-Documentation of all the business and financial process carried on at Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd accounts department and working for the improvement of processes. 11-Supervision of stock count, documentation and preparation of fixed asset register module in oracle with the help of IT Department. 12-To guide a team to thoroughly perform financial, operational and compliance checks to determine adherence to company policies and procedures. 13-To facilitate the IT development team in development of an integrated oracle based Accounting Information System. 14-Plan, organize and carryout financial data accuracy and authentication activity.
