Responsibilities as Project Incharge: • Prequalification, preparation of tender documents, negotiation of contracts and issuance of letter of awards, final contracts and agreement. • Complete contract administration • Preparation of variation orders with cost estimation • Projects monitoring and controls right from project initiation to final start-up and commissioning. • Budgeting and monitoring of financial status of projects. • Development of quality work procedures for const. activities • Analysis and regulation of claims • Start up and commissioning of projects. • Maintenance planning and execution of annual turn around maintenance. • Spare parts planning • Planning and execution of annual shutdown works. • Industrial cooling Water treatment and controls.
