I have known Leyla for almost 3 years by now. I during this time had an opportunity to observe Leyla’s attitude and behavior both in a formal and an in formal environment. I have known Leyla personally before she joined Dentons. She always impressed me with her maturity, ability to clearly express her thoughts and views and explain and protect them in a very logical and reasoned manner. Along with the above, Leyla has never been over-pressing and showed her as a very bright person with manners to admire. I have also had a chance for the last several months to get to know Leyla while working together in Dentons office in Baku, Azerbaijan. At Dentons we continually recognize employees who seek more than a career. They are looking to make their mark in the field of legal advisory services. They come with dreams of high success and are willing to work hard. However, our field is quite competitive and often tough to break into. Work requires skills to survive pressure, possess creativity, guts or discipline. Of course, one must continue to grow and improve personally and professionally to reach the top. Luckily for Dentons, we recognize that Leyla possesses many of the necessary qualities to succeed in this tough business. Additionally, Leyla’s desire to stay at the top of her game is clear as she consistently offers a fresh perspective and creative approach to projects. The thing that impresses me the most about her is the ability to work hard in any kind of situation, within a group, under severe time pressure and pressure from the clients’ side too. She is also constantly looking for new challenges, skill building and developing a resourceful network of colleagues that respect and admire her. As an example of Leyla’s recent engagements at Dentons, I can refer to the training to be held for clients and public at large in Azerbaijan in the field of intellectual property law. Leyla volunteered to lead the organization process for the event, is doing very fine and along with administrative issues, is also going to be a leading speaker to cover several topics in the field, which is at the stage of growth in our country. She also volunteered to assist with several commercial disputes being considered by local courts in Azerbaijan and from the start day with us was very useful with her helping lead lawyers with preparations for the hearings, compilation of case files, taking of records and reporting to clients. In my view, Leyla is able to manage and to turn negative events into positive learning experiences and never makes the same mistake twice. She also never gives up and appreciates positive criticism that can only make her grow in the long run. Leyla has excellent communication skills. In addition, she is extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. She is flexible and willing to work on any project that is assigned to her. She also possesses excellent language skills in English, as well as Azerbaijani and Russian which shall, along with h

I had a chance to observe Leyla’s work during a short period of time from October – December 2017, however this period was enough to understand that Leyla is an excellent employee. She is an intelligent, reliable and hardworking young lawyer, who is always ready to develop herself and help others and does not afraid of handling complex and multiple tasks. Her research, dedication, and organizational skills were critical in assisting me with preparation of litigation documents, processing and organizing legal documentation, taking notes and managing court filings.
