Working at Rewterz I had the privilege to work on top notch softwares security systems have to offer. I was tasked to work on RSA-Netwitness Siem solution to identify and mitigate attacks based on our remote soc at Orpic. Apart from working on RSA, Azure cloud security, fortianalyzer, Microsoft 365, Trend micro EDR were other security softwares we used to monitor the day to day work at Orpic (Oman). From graduating University to landing my first job as a Network engineer, the company provided the best possible atmosphere where I could hone my skills, it gave me the freedom to express myself and to practice on the technology, I will give credit to the heads for providing me hands on experience on routers, switches and firewalls. Working remotely in an international environment where I was assigned to monitor the traffic flow and devise service plans to best suit are business partners. From monitoring switch health and to route the network traffic to the best possible path was all my time at the company. Working on VOS3000 was daunting at first but it went well when you got a hang of it.
