  Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Check line position from Planning Department for order line allocation 2. Check all requirements for PPM-trim card, test report, approved strike off and sample. 3. Attend PPM for every new style 4. Conduct short PPM to all GPQ, Production and QA for allocated line. 5. Maintain technical file of all style of assigned Buyer 6. Keep files of all approved trims, fabric, printing and embroidery swatch, approved sample garment. 7. Prepare report for SFL Management 8. Check quality of fabrics, trims, accessories prior to bulk production 9. Monitor quality of piece goods in store, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing 10. Check conduct of pre final inspection 11. Assist Buyer’s representative while in company premises 12. Coordinate with Product Development, Production Dept and MR for matters involving quality issues of designated buyer. 13. Supervise all GPQ under his responsibility ensuring performance to assigned task 14. Ensure that quality procedures in all areas are followed. 15. Check and review pilot and first production garments. 16. Train junior colleague and give daily reminder on quality points to watch on in process production. 17. Check rejected garments before sending to store. 18. After shipment of every style, prepare style package for reference. 19. Check all audit and pre final report of junior colleague. Show less

  1.Merchandiser give us speck/Technical file,we send it pattern master and discus with him about this style. 2.Then when after pattern complete pattern send sample cutting.And Check randomly cut panel(GSM,Cut panel shape according to pattern,cut panel measurement,fabric type,colour etc) 3.At this stage Merchandiser give all required accessories at this stage i check it with technical file. 4.Then everything is OK then our sample manager give plan which will sewing. 5.When sample man group start sewing according to fabric type which needle are use 1st time i confirm it.sometime some process took measurement. 6.After completing sewing instant done measurement every process. 7.Carefully complete ironing then again do measurement, 8.Finally submit garments with Buying Q.C also Attached all Report.
