  KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITES: - To deal with the buyers independently for all the merchandising activities. - Follow up total order from Development to Shipment. - To make Costing & Consumption after receiving new inquiry from buyer. - To make Internal Costing after receiving PO Sheet. - Correspondence with the Foreigners Buyers (Direct Buyers), Buying House, Local & International Suppliers and Commercial for all merchandising activities. - Making BOM (Bill Of Materials) Sheet. - Making TNA Plan. - To develop Fabric, Sample, Accessories, Print & Embroidery Strike Off, Lab-Dip, Quality Swatch etc. - To arrange all sample fabric & accessories from suppliers. - To develop sample as per buyer tech pack. - To check all samples before sending to buyer office. - Follow up all Approvals and comments. - Update and Record all buyer information & Approval. - Yarn, Fabric and Accessories booking and Follow up with supplier and store. - To check all PI with booking and send to commercial. - To collect all inventory from store. - Follow up BB LC. - To collect PP Sample Fabric & accessories. - To make Trims Card & confirm approval. - Handover Per order wise total File, PP Sample and Trims card to Production. - To check Fabric Cutting Consumption with Booking Consumption. - Follow up total production (Cutting, Printing/ Embroidery, Sewing, Finishing). - To collect daily Production report from Production and give update to buyer daily. - Making Dummy Packing List and send to commercial with shipment date. - Making Final Packing List and Send to Commercial. - Any Others Related jobs.
