She provided tremendous support across multi-functional internal and external stakeholder groups that collectively enabled us to deliver some fantastic outcomes for our clients. Shagun is not only meticulous and process driven she is also creative in her approach to tackling project deliverables and challenges. She is inquisitive and detail orientated by nature and very passionate in her approach to learning new skills and markets. A very fast learner who was able to apply new found market knowledge and capabilities to the projects she owned across multiple product lines. Shagun defined and standardised the existing social media KPI and content strategy frameworks. She is an extremely focused and very target driven individual. It's rare to meet such a young colleague who shows no fear. No task was too great or small, everything was possible, even NLP training of chatbots.
