I am responsible for the development of curricula for subjects and fields of study. In addition, I among other things handle personnel management tasks such as holding Employee Development / team development conversations and possibly wage negotiations. Part of the work relate to the implementation of development initiatives and adjusting the existing practice in relation to current plans and procedures. Addition to cooperation with the management team, I work closely with mentors, contact teachers and other resource persons.
