Shae and I worked as peers at Black&Decker and then she was my leaders as we transitioned to becomes StanleyBlack&Decker and then Spectrum Brands company. Shae had a reputation amongst her clients Engineering, Information Technology, etc., of being knowledgeable, responsible, professional and very talented. Shae led multiple consulting services, training classes and coaching sessions with stellar reviews from her client groups. She was a very respected leader in the organization. Her results and talents helped her to become the leader of the Learning and Organizational Development team where she was my leader. Shae has been one of the most influential leaders in my life. As a leader she always took care of me as a whole person. She always cared about me and about the team. She implemented a 4DX System (4 Disciplines of Execution) that allowed our team to be highly successful and respected across the business. She also designed and implemented multiple projects that were well known and recognized across the organization; The Mentor Program, Top Talent Program, and The Four Imperatives of Great Leader are few of many that the company used to foster a culture of Great Leader for the entire organization. Speaking of Shae is speaking about excellence and kindness; if you are thinking of having her in your company, making business with her or simply enjoying her as a person, I guarantee you will always be happy and invited to establish a close relationship with her.

I had the opportunity to work with Sharon at ACC Capital Holdings. Sharon was a Leadership Development Specialist with exceptional skills and abilities around coaching and developing various level associates in the organization. I was fortunate enough to participate in one of Sharon’s leadership courses tailored for Managers and Executives in the company. During that learning event, Sharon demonstrated a seamless ability to quickly identify peoples’ strengths and opportunities and craft her approach and communication style to fit the needs of her learners. The class was such a great experience, in a large part, due to Sharon’s contribution, coaching, exceptional communication skills, and leadership abilities. She was highly regarded by her peers and management group for her work ethic and dedication to the organization. Sharon would be an asset to any organization or project.
