  I started as a Customer Service Representative for Midwest Airlines. After we were purchased by Frontier Airlines, I became a Station Resource Team Agent. As one of the nine members of Frontier's "STAR Team," I traveled to different cities to train CSRs as Frontier expanded and opened new stations around the country, trained and was support coverage for seasonal routes (like Anchorage and Fairbanks) and provided station coverage when out-stations were short-staffed.
