During my time at Fort Campbell Kentucky, I was able to maintain 100% accountability in excess of 500 soldiers and their families in leave, finances, rations, housing allowance, incoming and outgoing personnel and family needs. In addition to, on a daily basis I was in constant contact with upper level management as well as talking to personnel and their families on a one to one basis which required timeliness and being able to adapt to any situation. When promoted to Battalion level using the updated computer system SIDPERS III (Standard Installation and Division Personnel Reporting System), I was able to maintain 100% statistics on all levels of requirements and fulfilled these requirements until my departure. As well as, doing routine checks on military equipment to the highest standards of combat ready situations. Show less
