Report to the Projects Development Manager. Organization and lead of project meetings. Management and Organization of all project activities at all stages which are executed by the main contractors and consultants. Achieve weekly/monthly target for subcontractors and consultants. Monitoring and Managing costs in order to meet budget of construction work. Obtain necessary approval from client. Coordinate efforts across entire project between interior designers, consultants and subcontractors. Ensure that work is done in compliance with project specification and approval. Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports. Select and oversee the contractors who can comply with the project specification. Coordinating and control between the sub-contractor and company facilitate. Follow up the progress of work to be match with plan schedule. Monitors strict adherence to safety procedures to avoid major and minor accidents onsite and responsible for controlling man hours. Monitoring subcontractors site activities work to comply with the approval shop drawing and material submittal. Expedite subcontractor works in term of technicality, quality, production, installation & Packet and collecting Subcontractor Daily Reports. Fulfillment of mock-up for every activity to confirm from consultant about approved material submittal, method of settlement, shop drawing …). Coordinate between the civil works and MEP works and case work to release any obstruction. Confirm availability of material and manpower before start site work according to the planned dates. Preparing & following up inspection procedure with consultant till get approval. Present weekly site tour with client and showing the target achievement at site and our shortage like (material, manpower…). Show less
