  Conducted a research experiment at a location opposite the works and services unit of the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) which was to determine the evaluation of four drought-tolerant maize varieties in response to soil and interactive effects of spacing, different fertilizer applications rates as well as varietal differences on the growth performance in rain forest ago-ecological zones of Nigeria. • Gave a presentation on the project revealing that proper spacing led to significant increase in growth of the crop and DTMA-WSTR and TZE-WDTSTR were found to respond favorably to low fertility and high population density during commercial maize production.
