  Started position at Bucyrus Railcar Repair as Quality Inspector for railcar operations. Involving initial inspections looking for all needed repairs according to AAR and Fra compliance. Once parts needed list is made i input them into RailcarRx system for estimate. I then use that to add pricing and billing to send to customer for approval. I am also involved in the in process checks for railcars being fixed in shop to made sure everything is being done to proper procedure. Once cars are finalized I walk the customer through all repairs so they can approve car is ready for use on railroad. At this point we get dispo for payment and send the car on its way for work using local railroad service for pick up. Have since moved into the Production Shop Management Role Show less
