  • Create, develop and manage CI program to increase employee engagement and maintain culture of continuous improvement at PLP Indonesia, such as competition-recognition program, coaching program, trained 100% employee on CI topic, etc. • Assess production & other processes to seeks out CI opportunities, in terms of Safety-Quality-Delivery-Inventory-Productivity (SQDIP), and Cost reduction such as PFC program as collaboration with Production, Engineering, Sales and Costing. • Lead and/or facilitate kaizen blitz and team, to identify and solve problems, either using simple problem solving or Corporate A3-Problem Solving methods, and weighs their value based on benefit, investment, and risk. • Motivate and improve the key employee's skill to find gap/waste, use A3 thinking and various lean techniques, by lean training, VSM workshops, and MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) meeting. • Carries out projects, including but not limited to comply corporate target, such as setup time reduction, VSA to shorten LT of custom product, 5S to get extra space and reduce ergonomic risk, etc. • Works closely with corporate network (Global and Asia Pacific) on regular basis, to share lesson learned from improvement projects and obtain information about project implemented at other sites, compete with other subsidiaries on CI global challenge. • Audit process and document conformity to clauses of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017, ISO 9001:2015, SMK3 as internal auditor.   • Responsible for process design of new products, start from review the capability and feasibility based on its specification. If trial run/ evaluation is required, lead/coordinate with team and related dept. to create the schedule and follow up, then present its results to get PPAP/mass-production approval from management, within customer's due date. • Evaluate drawing specification of some certain new product before released as official drawing by HQ. • Carries out improvement project related to cost down, productivity, or quality issues (such as support manufacturing dept. to decrease production defect, as necessary), and report it to management. • Setting target of new dies or new parts. Since NGK’s product characteristics are very sensitive to shrinkage, so proper target will greatly impact to certain final product specification. • Responsible to manage several documents (such as Process design procedure, Control Plan, P-FMEA, etc.), and active member of P-FMEA's core team. • Audit process and document conformity to clauses of IATF 16949: 2016 as internal auditor.
