Shabita is a loyal trustworthy person with multiple qualities, sense of humour being just one of them. Her professionalism and eye for detail are outstanding and it was a pleasure working alongside her.

I have known Shabita since 2014 when she was an airport manager in London. She rose up through the leadership ranks while I was responsible for Talent Management and was selected to join the company's global high potential leaders programme which involved numerous modules based in Hong Kong. Shabita was a strong member of this peer group, passionate and eager to learn. Like many of the best airport managers she has a well rounded leadership skillset and covers detail and customer service with equal aplomb. She led the Gatwick team with great skill and positive results. I think Shabita will be an asset in any change based role given her drive, courage and strong people skills.

I strategically led and managed the overall airport operations to run smoothly and efficiently whilst complying with established safety, security and quality standards. I actively managed supplier performance levels as per contract and service level agreements. I planned and maintained my station budget, resources and airport related costs with all my stakeholders, seeking revenue opportunities by maximising resources.
