      Support on Indian base Hotel software called ‘ShawMan (Point of Sales & Material Management System) other Software’s like Pay Care for Attendances & Salary and ACCPAC for Accounting.  If any modification needed by Operation, Accounts and Administration team in the software, I check and coordinate with software development team to sort out this issue and after testing I do software updates on the Servers.  Updating of Taxes, new Menu rates with items in different outlets, Creating new Users id in respective software’s and give access according to the Designation after getting approval from Higher Authority.  Generating file for accounting and Attendance to updated the interlink software on daily bases.  Take daily wise backup of the Local Server in data tape or cd’s and Admin Associate data backup on monthly bases in Cd’s and handover to Individual Associates.  Rectification of general errors and bugs in software’s. & Co-coordinating with Associated across the Outlets for any changes/implementation.  Giving Training to New Staff.  Installation of IBM Touch Screen System with MS office and all its drivers, Cash Drawers, Printers and also Trouble Shooting the hardware Problems in all Outlets, also Administrator & Operations Offices work stations.
