I worked with Sam on one of the greenfield products for ZOLEO that was aimed at providing enterprises and developers with a way to interact with ZOLEO data. Sam was the Primary UX Design Manager in charge of the application and user experience created for enabling these functions. Sam led the design toward one vision and goal of making the customers happy and keeping the user experience intuitive. She led the design with sympathy, empathy, emotional intelligence, and intuitive design. She was able to add accessibility-related inputs in her design which were always welcome in the design. Her instinct for user experience, keeping it simple, and prototypes are second to none. She was able to quickly test the ideas with users and course-correct the design, saving time and effort for the technical team. Sam is quickly able to grasp complex scenarios and provide direction in terms of user experience, scenarios etc. Sam is excellent at working with the technical team, leadership and other stakeholders that are part of the design process. It was great working with Sam and I look forward to our continued partnership to deliver user-centric solutions to our customers.
