Over the past 10 years I have been responsible for applying analytical techniques of Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry with EA and TC/EA peripheries and I’m in charge of managing the laboratory in what concerns the utilization of the IRMS equipment. Other responsibilities include sample processing, preparation and analysis using IRMS and LCMS/MS, data analysis and reporting, developing new methods, method validation and quality management I have had the opportunity to incorporate a multifaceted team, supporting students and postdocs in their research works and training students for stable isotope analysis. In 2013, I expanded my knowledge and skills in mass spectrometry of isotope ratios by attending the course for IRMS operators given by Thermo Fisher Scientific in Bremen, Germany. Show less
