To whom it may concern, I had the pleasure of working with Mohsen between 2018 to 2021 at Shatel Mobile where he worked as a Core Network Engineer on Core PS, and CS projects and maintenance/planning them. Mohsen is bright and motivated. He is a quick learner and has shown the ability to digest large volumes of information. He has demonstrated the ability to articulate information and ideas. I have been consistently impressed with his attitude and his friendly behavior. He also is open to sharing his knowledge and experiences with others.
