HRM -Gather data and analyze where is the most effective channel to recruit specialize role. -Focusing on recruiting entry-level Job candidates who have a growth mindset. -Make clear long-term career paths for them before pre-screening. -Provide practical and professional orientation. -Prepare minimum required training for the new joiners. -Provide a persuasive referral program reward. -Perform full scope of administrative tasks such as payroll or time attendance. -360 degree feedback is implemented for performance appraisal. -Creating a salary structure base on actual market pay. HRD -Create horizontal and vertical career growth for all level employees. -Trackable and measurable training program to support such career growth. -Create merit and bonus evaluation to pay performances-based.
