Moving to the role of Technical Expert allowed involved taking on the challenges of technical troubleshooting and repairing relationships with existing Apple customers. Day to day expert tasks included troubleshooting with customers in a timely manner while aligning with their needs and assuring them of our ability to find the best solution by helping educate, perform physical device repairs, or partnering with a product zone peer to discuss device upgrade options and eligibility.
