  Church Leader Insights is a ministry of Nelson Searcy (The Lead Pastor of The Journey Church) that serves and coaches Pastors around the world.As Vice President of Coaching: - Provide oversight to the coaching ministry through Intentional recruiting of pastors to the coaching network; Providing pastoral care for the pastors in the network; Facilitating dialogue around specific ministry strategies and systems and; Providing actionable next steps for pastors.- Produce and execute Coaching Sessions and National Conferences; Secure nationally known speakers; Develop relationships with community business partners to produce sponsorships; Market to national audience; Build itinerary and schedule and; Direct and host event from onsite.As Pastor:- Launched, Led and Taught the Upper East Campus while contextualizing and championing the vision of The Journey Church by leading people to serve, developing givers, teaching membership classes, and helping people decide to take other significant spiritual next steps.•- Provided point leadership in the expansion from 1 portable campus to 3 portable campuses while overseeing the Ministry and Assimilation for the church as a whole. - Led the Assimilation Process by coordinating staff & volunteer teams to follow-up with guests; Updating and maintaining communication with guests; Tracking assimilation rates across campuses; Planning and executing events for newcomers and; Planning and recruiting for membership classes.- Managed the Ministry system by Recruiting and training volunteers for the welcome team; Identifying and developing key volunteers into ministry leaders; Scheduling volunteers and ministry leaders for Sunday services and; Overseeing the welcome team on Sundays.- Other ministry tasks, including Recruiting and leading the Journey interns; Co-developing the preaching calendar and co-writing the Sunday messages with The Journey Teaching Team and; Assisting small groups team by recruiting and training leaders.

  - Oversaw all student ministries, student discipleship and small groups, volunteer recruitment and development, and vision implementation.- Developed and launched a portable Middle School Ministry in a permanent location church.- Moved sporadic middle school worship attenders to consistent worship attenders through launching a new Middle School Worship Service with invitations and follow-up; Saw an increase in average weekly attendance from 55 middle schoolers to 125 middle schoolers.- During time of leadership weekly attendance of 9th - 12th grade students increased from average of 30 to average of 95.- Provided point leadership for small groups for 6th-12th grades to include: Setting vision for small groups; Identifying, recruiting, and training leaders; Promoting and evaluating small groups.- Responsible for increasing student missions, which included partnering with local ministries for service day projects and also planning and leading mission trips to New York City. - Produced and Executed our own student summer and fall camps including Securing speakers; Promoting to Parents and Students; Building itinerary and schedule and; Directing and hosting event from onsite.
