Responsible for maintaining strict quality standards in association with high calcium limestone mining for kiln feed all while maximizing reserves.Generated a 9.8% production increase in the first year as Quarry Manager. I am proficient in utilizing Carlson Geology, Surface Mine, Civil and Survey in conjunction with an autocad operating system. I also use Kespry drone solutions to perform surveying and stockpile management. I am a licensed remote pilot.

• Fine Grinding Lead Man & Hydrated Lime Production Lead Man

  Maintained responsibilities for the Fine Grinding Department and became responsible for the Hydrated Lime production, people and equipment.Implemented a preventative maintenance schedule for the Hydrated Lime Production facilities. Became highly involved in attempts to increase hydrate particle size and particle size distribution. Performed testing procedures in-conjunction with an out side laboratory services to test for acid gas absorption in hydrated lime utilizing Thermogravimetric Analysis. Performed studies involving flow treatment additives in hydrated lime to increase handling properties of the fine hydrated lime. Customers reported tangible benefits from this work.
