I have attended several World Mandate East conferences where Seth has been the worship leader for the event. Worship in an exuberant, modern style is a hallmark of our movement of churches, and Seth has consistently organized a team of worship musicians from several local churches, held rehearsals with them, and led several sets of songs throughout the weekend, with outstanding results. His song choices were reaffirming of the themes of the conference, and required arrangements that made great use of a variety of musicians playing acoustic and electric guitars, bass, drums, piano, and keyboard, as well as multiple vocalists, all of which he coordinated exceptionally well. Highly recommended!
