  5-year Apprenticeship Program, which consisted of On-the-job-training, quarterly weeklong classroom instruction from very experienced electricians', some former contractors, PMs, Superintendents and Foreman. Their best instructor was the late Jim Kash (2021), who was an orphan, but humble genius with a heart of gold who left the Union to give back to electrical community and train the next generation. I am forever grateful for all the knowledge he poured into me. During my apprenticeship, I was fortunate enough to get a breadth of experience in almost all aspects of Electrical Construction Environments: Residential, Industrial, winery, bakery factory, office building, new-construction, retro-fit, design build, prefab, etc. I also entered the annual ABC Norcal Craft Competition. I competed 3 years in a row, winning 2nd place twice, and tying for 1st in my final year (2018). This erned me the right to compete in the ABC National Craftsman Competition in Long beach.
