Seth worked as Positively Plantain's Social Media Marketing Intern in the Summer of 2020. Seth was a hardworking individual, who was able to pick up on our past social media practices while adapting them to become more efficient and thus increase consumer engagement. Being proactive, Seth implemented new practices on our website to increase SEO, and was always monitoring efficiency when it came to marketing efforts. He is incredibly organized and was able to take direction without constant follow-up. He handled all of our social media accounts, did weekly updates on our blog and coordinated brand and influencer collaborations. Seth has been a critical part of my balloon operation for the past 4 summers. The job requires early mornings arriving prior to sunrise, which can be challenging for most people, myself included. He was always on time ready to work, making sure the balloon was ready to fly. He gave chase and eagerly assisted with the packing of all the equipment before returning with the passengers to the launch field.
