Make sure tables are clean and ready for guests. Give excellent customer service to guests that way they always want to come back. Serve drinks to quests as well as try to up sell them on a better beverage to buy. Provide security for the table and the guests that way they feel safe and comfortable in the nightclub. Make sure there are no safety hazards for the guest. Manage the tips at the end of the night and make sure the money is properly divided up. Know about different brands of alcohol that we have at the nightclub and know if we have any special offers on any.

Run through tactical training with my soldiers to make sure they are efficient when it comes to a active shooter event. Set up and run Traffic Control Points; hasty and fixed.Run random vehicle checks at a Traffic Control Point.
