Once in my corporate life, one CEO told me that if you want to deeply know an executive, you have to ask the opinion to his subordinates. Do you know the kind of person that meets the qualifications that you think a boss needs to have? Yes, Seth is this person. He lead me according to the company strategy, pushed me to be better than I was and recognized my work and efforts directly and in front of others. He is someone I trusted and knew that I could count on to support me. Additionally, his commercial and technical skills from the finance, technology and e-payments segment are unquestionable, as is his focus on results and his empathy with the clients, even in different cultures such as in the Latin American. Yes, I certainly would work with and for Seth again if he ever wanted.
