As an IR Spectroscopy Demonstrator, I attend various colleges and sixth forms in London to deliver presentations on IR and mass spectrometry to A-Level and AS Level Chemistry students. These workshops provide the students with a hands-on experience of using an IR spectrometer, which they would only experience at university.
