Responsibilities: • Handling team of a 3-4 Account Managers under my guideline and a team of total 15 members. • Understanding the detailed requirements, the internal and external needs of the company and sourcing candidates as per the staffing needs. • Technically evaluating candidates for their core competency. • Providing qualified candidates on a timely manner under tight deadlines. • Extensively involved in rate negotiation, contract negotiation and maintaining relationships with vendor companies. • Responsible for interacting with the RMG (Resource Management Group) Team, Project Manager, Hiring Manager, Engagement Manager / Account Manager as and when required and follow up for interview schedule/feedback. • Extensively responsible for monitoring and guiding junior recruiters on the company processes and the account specifics • Responsible for initiating background checks as per the client needs. • Staying in touch with consultants on a regular basis to foresee potential issues and esculate issues to the appropriate management personnel.
