I had the privilege of working under Sertel's leadership at the American College of the Middle East during my employment from September 2013-January 2015 (1 year and 5 months). He is a charismatic and tactful professional. He has a way of creating a cooperative atmosphere and giving everyone a chance to contribute to group meetings, making them productive. The students also continuously give him positive evaluations for his student-centered teaching and the sense of humor he instills in his classes. On a side note, he is hugely gifted at anything to do with technology; and, in addition to module leader and teacher, also patiently serves as the favorite IT expert of the EPP. In short, hope to always be able to work with inspiring professionals like him.
