Seroun has been faithfully serving as the volunteer President of our SOAR (Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief) Fresno Chapter (soar-us.org/fresno/) since 2020. Happily accepting the role, she assumed the formidable task of reviving her local Chapter in her community. Despite the many challenges our nonprofit has faced since 2020 with the pandemic, Seroun forged ahead leading her Chapter in support of our mission to provide humanitarian relief to orphaned Armenian children and at-risk families. Thanks to her leadership, her Chapter successfully fundraised in 2020 and 2021 for our child sponsorship program, emergency conditions in Lebanon, families of fallen soldiers, facility renovations, and more. Seroun is very responsive and approaches her role in an earnest manner. We are extremely grateful to have her as part of our SOAR family and for her steadfast service to our organization.
