  VOLVO CAB PLANTThe gross building area of 26,895 m².MOZAIKA SHOPPING CENTERThe total area of the Mozaika Shopping Center is 164,000 m². The leasable area is 67,000 m². The complex has three storeys which accommodate a hypermarket, a hardware store, a nine-hectare multiplex, a food court, and other retail and entertainment facilities. SCA HYGIENE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING BASEThe new hygiene products manufacturing base is located in the Tula Region of Russia and covers 202,282 m². The gross building area is 36,500 m². Renaissance provided a detailed design and carried out construction of the second phase of the mill for production of tissues and hygiene products.INTERNATIONAL OIL AND GAS UNIVERSITYThe International Oil and Gas University (the former Turkmen State Institute of Oil and Gas) is the first project implemented by Renaissance in Turkmenistan.The 110-meter-tall facility was constructed on an area of 300,000 m² in Ashgabat. It consists of an eighteen-storey main administrative building with an area of 17,356 m²; five faculty buildings for 3,000 students; six dormitory buildings for 1,392 students; a sports complex; a student center; technical premises; 86 laboratories; covered and non-covered parking lots with a total area of over 5,500 m²; sports facilities; a maintenance building; LG Digital Media and IT Center buildings; and other facilities. Renaissance carried out this turnkey project, including all the design works, shop drawings, construction works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems, peripheral roads, and landscape areas.The project was awarded the first degree diploma in the nomination of “The best building of the year” at the XX International contest for the best design and building of 2012; held under the auspices of the International Association of Unions of Architects.
