My responsibilities ; *Management of all production operations -i.e , rotogravure printing presses with 10 colour ( 1 machine ) , flexo printing with 10 colour ( 2 machine ) , laminating operation ( 1 machine ) , Slitting machine ( 3 machine). *Management of all new projects /maintenance activities *Leading to successfull customer audits. * Was responsible for all of the action in the production area. *The increase of the production capacity , efficiency and decrease the amount of scrap. ( inreased line speed from 265 m/ min. to 350 m / min. at the printing film with pearlized-based , and increased line speed from 245 m/min. to 300 m / min. at the printing film with metallized-based ). *Determine the quality defaults and improve solutions. *Apply the 5S rules in the production area. *Follow and implement the targets which be determinated annually by the company.( Departmant and company targets ) *Decrease the ratio of scrap from %10 to %8. *OEE system was formed and started applying on the production system.( All staff performance were evaluated according to OEE parameters). *Training shop floor people , especially on safety , health and environment. *Implement lubricating of the all machinies according to lubricating time in the instructional manual *Central lubricating system was installed on the flexo printing machine.Thanks to this , implement automatically lubricating of the all bearing on the machine . *Implementing DMS ( Daily Management system) , setting and following KPI 's on the shop floor. *Implement production by applying the hygiene rules . *I have energy management certification and I was responsible for energy management of Pilenpak company.
