Step by step is an ABA school for children diagnosed with autism. My job is to apply ABA principles in teaching my students new, useful skills that will make them as independent as possible, taking and evaluating data to check their progress and making resources that will aid the teaching sessions. Working with children diagnosed with autism can sometimes be challenging but these challenges are of low importance when compared to the rewards one gets from such a job!
