Log successful referrals on spend spread sheet and ensure correct payment is issued by Payroll.-Completion and circulation of the weekly vacancy report and vacancy statistics broadsheets.-Updating the recruitment intranet pages.-Keep up to date on changing recruitment legislation and if necessary make the HR team aware of the implications.-Management of Social Media channels for recruitment attraction – Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter, You Tube. Build new channels/groups where necessary. Maintain and improve channels. Attract more followers and keep them engaged.
