      - Launched in 9 European marketplaces a thread-stopping mechanism that empowers customer support agents to stop every contact thread latest at the fourth contact. From the third contact, it automatically triggers additional escalation hierarchies through a) radical transformation and deprecation of routing elements b) modification of routing elements with focus on de-specialization and c) alerts on contact level. The launch lead to an annualized reduction of 9M contacts/85M Dollar in Europe. Furthermore, I've piloted the mechanism in North America and India and currently it's planned to be adopted worldwide in 2023. - Created and Launched a scalable process improvement mechanism which allows Operations and Partner teams to get support for the resolution of multi-dimensional issues, with a focus on processes which are working as designed but deliver a bad customer experience in EU Customer Service. Launched the board in 9 marketplaces within 6 months, facilitated weekly meetings with the team towards improving the ideas submitted, responsible for the communication with stakeholders and impact measurement. I lead the team behind the mechanism which increased from 2 to 6 people within 6 months. This board was the first process in EU CS collecting process improvement ideas from partner teams and it facilitated the resolution of 60 submissions in the first year post-launch. The board is currently planned to be adopted in North America and India by the end of 2022. - Created a standardized intake process for EU Quality Assurance team, for receiving tickets from both internal and external stakeholders. By standardizing the process of teams covering 9 marketplaces, I removed work duplication, facilitated cross-marketplace work, launched weekly meetings for prioritizing and discussing cross-marketplace initiatives.
