Metalsa (2017-Now) In my first Project a System was developed to control the raw materials and the finished product that the Suppliers have. In my Second Project, a System was developed to track shipments shipped by train. In my third Project a Kanban was developed for the Stamping factory. In my fourth Project a System for the Control of Quality Notifications is being developed HomeDepot (2012-2017) My first assignment was in the "DOM Release 1" and they assigned me the programming of the Transfers Order system and the Inventory Consolidation system. These systems have different technologies: some are developed in 4GL (green screen), others in WebSpeed, and others are a Web Services. My second assignment was in the "DOM Release 2" and they assigned me the analysis to change the operation of the Sales system core. The main objective was to reduce the inventory, generate the GL information, and generate the sales information until the products are delivered. In this project a have the following technologies: the ESB it´s Sonic, some sub-systems were programmed in 4GL (green screen), some in WebSpeed, and others are Web Services. AlEn (2009-2012) I was assigned to the Logistic Management. During this time, I develop 117 Progress projects in char, graphic and WEB environment. I was responsible for programming and maintaining the Inventory, Routing, Shipping, and Invoicing modules. Show less

I was responsible to design all the internal controls and the good information interchange between departments; create the function descriptions for everyone; and implement the Medsys software. The ERP’s was implemented in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, emergency, outpatient clinic, inpatient unit, operating room, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and intensive care units. My main activity do not was like Computer Engineer, my main activity was like Industrial Engineer. At the time I get in, to CYDSA Ultracril, a great re-engineering business process project was beginning for all laves of the manufacturing site named “Ultrasim”, this project implement the Mfg/Pro by QAD. Supported by the consultant team and my managers I was growing up to by a Consultant, because my original role was software development. I was trained in five main departments in a manufacturing site: Production, warehouse, Purchas, logistic, and sales under the APICS rules. My first assignment was the materials warehouse system: 160 thread tons. I was, in 1997 when leave the project, a consultant for: Purchas department, materials warehouse, bill of materials, sales, finished warehouse, distribution, invoicing, AP, AR, Pitex, and EDI. In a manufacturing environment we have two process essentials to synchronize sales, production and distribution process, and I implemented it: MRP and DRP. Show less
