Hagemeyer is their integrated vendor and as a manager I'm leading both plants. I started from ground the opening of the site Philips Luminaries in Monterrey, where I implemented systems, processes and training of personnel as well as clients, with an estimated business growth of 5 million usd annually. Expand and increase cash flow to an estimated $5 million anual with the opening of a new business unit (Philips Luminaries) under my management and during difficult economic conditions. Kaizen events and customer authorized savings for $ 90,321 usd in this year. Conducted readiness for ISO, client and safety audits.
