Within the company, I work as a Senior Manager of Product Development, working from the initial product concept to the market launch and commercialization, visiting customers and identifying new business oportunities. Some of the products developed are: - Dental ceramics (pre-sintered blanks for CAD/CAM) - Structural components based on advanced technical ceramics (sputtering targets, cutting tools, ceramic welding pins, brazed components) - Industrial-scale components based on FAST/SPS equipment. - Feedthroughs and materials for collimators (Big Science facilities: CERN, ESS, XFEL). Other tasks in my job include: * EC R&D projects (seeking for new developments and business oportunities in the ceramic field) * Taking part in the definition of the company business strategy.
