  At the U of A E-commerce department, we get all of the orders placed through the U of A bookstore website and have to hand pick the items from the warehouse or the floor. Then we package the items and ship them out to the customers. We also help customers on the floor as well as on the phone with any kind of problem or questions they might have about the bookstore or their orders.
