My current role that I function in on a daily basis has been in preparing 25 centers across 4 states (my district) to deploy and implement a new update of a technology called ORION 3.0 This system has helped UPS cut or road miles, hours and helped slow the ware and tear on UPS vehicles all across the world and much more cost saving elements. In the last 3 months I have been able to work with people from Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona learning how this software effects all of these places a little different than another. Overall I have really learned a lot so far but most of all I have learned how to drive results on my own by following up daily with people and being a little patient.

    • Dispatch Supervisor
      • May 2017 - Jun 2020

As a package dispatch supervisor I was responsible for thousands of packages going to the correct cars, balancing of work by adding or subtracting routes, and working with the preload supervisors to make sure that there was a good flow of work for their people. On any given day I was responsible for making sure 80 or so drivers went out with no less than 8 hours worth of work and no more than 9.5 hours worth of work. This was a very difficult high pressure job that I learned to master over almost 3 years.
