The regulator authorized the business model. -Manages regulations with Tax Entity for the growth of Ticket Restaurant product: 1)in card mode with magnetic stripe, issuing the Tax Entity RESOLUTION 143 in 2009; 2)expanding the type of user and the territory of application, issuing the Tax Entity RESOLUTION 47 in 2011. -Implements structure and model of process automation for the customer experience of clients and affiliates, reducing in 10.35% the relation Costs&Expenses/Operating Income in 2 years -Leads in 2016 office change project: choice of supplier, lifting of need, office search, habilitation project and moving process.
