  Acted as Quality Control Engineer (Software testing) performing functional, regression, ad-hoc testing for a web-based application and testing of mobile clients with server applications. Wrote, updated and executed test cases manually. Recorded test results and wrote detailed bug reports using JIRA bug tracking system. Re-test fixes. Configured, installed and tested all hardware and software necessary for testing. Responsible for monitoring the server logs and tracked the server log in order to find out the server crash reason. Tested import/export functionality, wrote regression test scripts for API modules of application. Created PostgreSQL/MongoDB basic queries to query the database to test the back end process of the application. Created and ran automation scripts using Apache Jmeter/Selenium automation tool.
