As part of the 3pi program I worked together with Serge on the project to deliver and implement IT process software tooling of HP. I have found Serge to be a very hard working person that goes the extra mile when challenged. During the program we were faced with several challenges and we have overcome most of them because of the effort that Serge put into the project. He has good people management skill's and is able to motivate even the less motivated people in the team.
